Shipping is provided at indicated rates within Australia. If you are located outside of Australia, and shipping costs are not shown at checkout stage, please contact us to arrange shipping.
Shipping charges will be shown once you have entered the checkout process, but BEFORE you have entered any payment details.
If you have concerns about the automatically calculated shipping rates, you are welcome to request a review of the shipping rate!
All goods ordered will be shipped by the end of the next business day that payment is received. In most cases, we are able to ship orders on the same day that payment is received.
Our preference is that you have the goods delivered to an address which will have a contact to receive the goods. If there is nobody present to receive goods, our courier will hold goods at a location near you for your collection: Good will NOT be delivered to an unattended destination!
Our guarantee is that the products will be working when you receive them, and fit for the purposes stated at the time of order.
If any product fails within 30 days of purchase, including DOA items, we will replace those items immediately, at our cost. For warranty claims lodged within 30 days of the date of shipping, we will ship replacement product as soon as the fault is confirmed by overnight express. We will also arrange for return of the faulty product at our cost.
If a failure occurs due to poor manufacturing or bad workmanship within 12 months of purchase, you may return the item to us for assessment. After examination of the returned product, we will repair or replace the faulty products with an equivalent item at our cost.

Please note that due the the nature of this sensitive electronic equipment, we are generally unable to provide extended warranty against loss or damage caused during normal operation the equipment, even in ordinary circumstances.
Like all data network and especially wireless equipment, these products are highly sensitive to fluctuations in power and outdoor electrical activity from power lines and lightning etc. Equipment that has failed due to causes other than a fault in the manufacture or pre-assembly is not included in the standard warranty.
All sales within Australia are also fully protected by Australian Consumer Protection Laws and regulations.
Your satisfaction is important to us! If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, for any reason at all, you are welcome to return products in original condition and in original packaging within 14 days of the date of order to receive a full refund on the purchase price of those products returned. (i.e. invoice amount less shipping costs)

Before returning any goods, please first contact us to provide an explanation for the problem, and to request a Return Authorisation.
All returned items must be as new, unmarked, in all original and unmarked packaging, and with all original parts, components and included documentation.
Returned goods other than as described, or with parts or components missing may incur a reburbishing fee of up to 35%.
Goods that are physically damaged, or not in functional or working condition for any reason other than faulty workmanship or our courier fault will not be accepted.
Goods returned prior to 14 days are eligible for our Satisfaction Guarantee described above!
Goods returned beyond 14 days may incur a restocking fee as follows:
- Received at DuxTel Warehouse between 15 to 60 days from date of dispatch: 7.5% restocking fee.
- Received at DuxTel Warehouse between 61 and 120 days from date of dispatch: 20% restocking fee.
- After 120 days from date of dispatch: no returns accepted.
It is your responsibility to ensure adequate packaging and protection from damage during transport back to our warehouse address.
