Holiday period 2016/17

Our office will be closing around 1:30 pm on Friday 23rd December 2016, and then open for business again on Tuesday morning on January 3rd, 2017.

The online store will still be available for taking orders throughout the break period, and shipping dispatch will be intermittent during the break.

Emergency and urgent technical support remains available as usual - Contract and Consulting Services customers may call 1300-DUXTEL (+61-3-5273-4905) and press 1 for technical assistance at any time.  If the number rings out, press to call the mobile service and leave a detailed voice mail including your support contract information.
