Holiday Period, December/Jan 2019/2020

Our office will be closing around mid afternoon on Friday 20th December 2019, and then open for business again on Monday morning on January 13th, 2020.

The online store will still be available for taking orders, with intermittent shipping and dispatch during the break period.

Emergency and urgent technical support remains available as usual - Contract and Consulting Services customers may call 1300-DUXTEL (+61-3-5273-4905) and press '1' for technical assistance at any time.  If the number rings out, press '2' to call the mobile service and leave a detailed voice mail including your contact details and support contract information.
